WANTED: Operating System for 3B2/300 ( HELP ! )

Is there anything you can do with a 3B2 without AT&T UNIX.  Has anyone ever
run a different OS (or even something non-AT&T) on a 3B2?  Just curious,
I have a 3B2/400.....
