UNIX PC Technical Reference Manuals (Did Santa deliver more?)

Much to my suprise today, UPS delivered *another* 30 UNIX PC Technical
Reference manuals to my door.  Unfortunately, another "invoice" was 
attached.   I was about to call for a return authorization number (RA)
but I'm holding off for a day or so.  Obviously someone mixed up orders,
and shipped two, but also billed for two :-(

All except for 5 of my previous ordered manuals have been shipped and
sold.   There has, for some reason or another, been a renewed interest
in getting the manuals (I've gotten 7 e-mail messages in the last two
days on it...)  I guess everyone wanted to spend their holiday money! :-)

Well ... (again they say)...  Please make your indication of ordering
via email ASAP, and send a check soon after if you want one.  The terms
are as always, check, cash or money order payable to Lenny Tropiano for
$105 US (which includes the s4bus spec).

One other addition, for those not in the United States, please include
extra money for shipping.  To give you an idea, the shipping to Canada
has run $5-10 more, and shipping to Europe has run $30-40 (yes really!)
more, and to Australia (the land down-under), try $45-50 (by air, not 
boat) more!

Some have mentioned they will be in Washington for the Winter '90 USENIX 
Technical Conference, and the UNIX PC BOF.   I will, by request
bring down them with the rest of the equipment (yes, we've decided to
drive).  If you are coming, and want one (or more), please let me know,
and I will bring them with me, with a couple extra ...  Payment can
be handled via mail, before, or down there whatever is easiest.
