Information on 7300

I have recently started dusting off a 7300.  It seems to have a 20 Meg. HD,
1 MB of RAM and says that it is running version 3.0 of the software which
includes the development tools (cc etc.).  I have a couple of the manuals
for it.

I was wondering where I might find information on what interesting PD programs 
might be floating around for it.  How old is the 3.0 version of the software?
Are updates still available?  Are they resonable priced?  What would be the
least expensive way to add disk storage?

Any pointers,  comments etc. to help bring me up to speed on the 7300 would
be apricited.  It seems this machine should be useful for more then just
collecting dust,  though I am not sure I can really justify putting much
money into it if that is what would be needed to make it usable.
