What upgrade paths exist for 6300?

I would like to know what upgrade paths exist for the
AT&T PC6300, if any.  I would be interested if it could
be upgraded into a 386 machine (6386?)  or any other 
options. 

The other question to ask is if this makes sense economically.
Let me know if you have any input on that point.
