I've been "away" working the past 5 days and just returned to find some 200+
new email messages; I'll get to them in sequence.

Found a copy place right near my office so will check with them tomorrow re:
duplicating the UNIXPC Device Driver Writers' Guide for those who've asked,
so please don't be impatient.
