ps -ef

[Marc E. Fiuczynski]

On my 3B2-310 running SVR3.2 it gives me the following 
error message when I'm logged in as a regular user:

ps : no mem

I suspect that something is wrong.  Can anyone point me 
in the right direction to fix this problem.
