	Note title: Networking Software

It seems we are are licensed and receive source, and we are licensed and
receive the Networking Software Package, but we don't have the sources to
NSP. Is this an oversight or are we required to make a special purchase???

The Computing Services Office at the University of Illinois has been burned
by this particular idiocy already. We assumed that after being stiffed $16K
for source we would get complete source akin to what we get from Berkeley,
i.e., kernel, network, and utilities. I was unpleasantly surprised to find
out that Pyramid wanted another $5K for the networking source. What's ironic
about it all is that whenever some network utility develops a problem,
re-compiling it from the 4.3 BSD source usually fixes it.

I was going to complain that the /usr/src/lib/libc/net sources were missing
until I installed BIND 4.8 and re-built a special libc.a file. Then I found
several routines in gen with syntax errors and missing #include statements.

Solving any problem on a Pyramid usually requires solving three other problems
first.
