Upgrade to OSX 5.0 & Rtelnet question

We've been running 5.0d (both on an 98 and MIS2/1) for about 4 months now
with oracle over it and NSP it seems to hold up pretty well.

Anyway my real question is: Has there been an implementation of rtelnet in 
any revisions of NSP (we have revision F; are there any later?).  If not
can we expect it in 5.1?
