Availability of BLAS levels 1&2 optimised for SG 240GTX

Does anyone out there know of a source for BLAS (Basic Linear Algebra
Subprograms) levels 1 & 2, which have been optimised specifically for the
MIPS CPU and the SG architecture, especially on a 240GTX ?
