Unusual SYSLOG error

     Does anybody have any ideas on this error.  Its been the 
     /usr/etc/SYSLOG file for a while.  I was recently assigned 
     as the new system manager for the 4D/240 system and am 
     concerned.  The error occurs on a daily basis.
