It depends on whether the Imagen software does accounting for Ethernetted
printers.  The version we have (release 2.2 for the 24/300) doesn't.

[[ Newer versions of the printer software do accounting on Ethernetted
printers.  However, they don't use the accounting file information in the
termcap for it.  The accounting info gets sent out in a UDP packet to one
member of a pre-defined set of accounting hosts.  There must be a program
running on that host to intercept and store that information.  I think
that further discussion of this should be either by mail or in a different
newsgroup (such as laser-lovers)  --wnl ]]
