printcaps and HP's?

we have several hp IIs connected to our 4/280 that are sometimes used by
pc users (under pcnfs).  they have problems with some documents and we've
been able to trace the problems to our printcap file.  my question is:
does anyone have a printcap entry that is known to work for hp II
printers, or does anyone have an explanation of how to use the fc and fs
flags in printcap ?  thanks in advance.
