The application we are developing has to have:

a. *Scaleable* strong 3-D graphicing with castomized art studio
   capabilities
b. Multi-object animation capability/simulation/prototyping support
c. Database for graphics and texts
d. Text-editing
e. Forms editors, charts editors, user-interface aids, etc.
f. All must be easily interfaced from C.

Could you direct us to development packages (and catalogs of such
packages) that will give us the best development leverage ?
