Sun-PC mail utilities??

Attention Sun GURUS:

I'm looking for some type of package (preferably inexpensive) that will
allow sending/receiving of Email on a PC/NFS-equipped PC.  I'm new to the
world of Sun workstations and I can use all the advice I can get.

This program needs to be fairly simple to use as the target users are
moderately technophobic.

Please Email responses (I will be reading this group, but in the interest
of net resource conservation...) and I will summarize.
