Talking to an IBM 38

Is an IBM 38 able to run RSCS?  If it is you might want to look into the
UREP package developed here at Penn State.  If you want more information
you should send mail to <urep-license at cs.psu.edu> and include your postal
address.  An information packet will be sent via the mails.
