Thin-cable ether transceiver & vendor recommendations

I am seeking recommendations (good or bad) of vendors of thin-cable
tranceivers.  If you have one, please mail it to me.  I will (moderatedly)
post a summary if the results are interesting.  Note I am NOT talking
about twisted-pair tranceivers, but the kind that outputs to TV-gauge
