Wanted: info about NEC & CDC disk drives

I have recently come across a hodge-podge of large 9" disk drives that I
have no information about and I would like to attach them to our Sun.  I
need information about disk type, capacity, geometry (cylinders, heads,
sectors), dip switch settings, and format.dat entries for these drives.
Even pointers to their technical support departments would be appreciated.
The drives are:

	NEC DKU727-HB01
	NEC DKU741-HB02
	NEC DKU747-HB01
	CDC FSD500 MPSMPI
