Pascal-Interface to X11 needed

Its not neccessary to translate SunC to SunPascal, read the manual 'Sun
Pascal Programmers Guide'  (part # 800-2298-10).  It has a couple of
chapters about using Pascal with C and/or FORTRAN.  Calling C routines
from Pascal works well on the whole, but there are a few limitations.
