You may want to try SUN consulting services.  They offer various device
drivers for optical disk drives, including a SCSI Driver Starter Kit.

As for the jukebox, you might try Cygnet Systems in San Jose.  Their
number is (408) 954-1800. They have software that is called JIMS, the
jukebox interface management system.` This allows the application writer
to access the individual volumes (one side of a two-sided platter) without
worrying where the volume currently is, what its orientation is, etc.
