Openwindows 2.0 font problems

I am running a x-view program that is looking for the font fg-13.  I have
found this font in the X11R3 distribution and would like to make it
avaliable to the openwindows.

How is this done?  Do I make a font path to the X11R3 font directory.  Do
i take the FG-13 amd move it to the openwindows font directory.  How do I
convert the X11R3 fonts to be used in openwindows?

Any help in this matter would be appreciated.  As always I will summarise
the replys and send it tothe list for everyones benefit.
