Need Raster Graphics to Color Postscript converter ...

I need a Raster Graphic to Color Postscript converter, preferrably public
domain.  We have a Raster to Postscript converter, but no COLOR.  If
anyone knows of any product, Public Domain or commercial, please drop me a
line.  I do not read this newsgroup regularly.
