Where can I get Sun3 binaries for tcsh?

Binaries for many machines are available by anonymous FTP from
tesla.ee.cornell.edu (128.84.253.11).  They're in directory
~ftp/pub/tcsh/tcsh-5.20/bins-5.20.02/.  The sun binaries are:
