Looking For Quiet Enclosures

I'm looking for information on makes of *quiet* enclosures for 5 1/4
storage modules.  Not quiet disk drives, quiet tapes, but quiet
*enclosures*.  This covers two aims.  One is to get information on
enclosures which themselves generate little or no noise (ie, very quiet
fans, noise-reducing feet, etc.  The other is to get information on
enclosures which reduce the noice coming from the peripherals in the
enclosure.  Some questions:

  Do you have one?
  Did you make or buy?
    If make, how did you make it?  Please list components,
      general design, etc.
    If buy, who did you buy it from?
  Why do you think it's quiet?
