Consult/DR11W driver under SunOS 4.1.1

We are using Sun Consulting's dr11w device driver to interface to a couple
of Ikon dr11w boards. this driver works fairly well under SunOS 4.0.3, but
I'm wondering if it will work under 4.1.1. I called Consulting, and they
don't currently have a 4.1.1 version, and don't know when they will.

So I'd like to know if anyone has this driver running under 4.1.1. I'd also
be interested in any improvements people might be willing to part with.

Sun 3/280, SunOS 4.0.3. dr.c has sccsid of 1.6, dated 6/87.
