AIX 3 Speaking to Non AIX lpd.

 AIXV3 limits lpd queue names to 7 characters.  This problem has been
 fixed by APAR 13583.  Apparently queue names were being truncated for
 compatibility with RTs.  Unfortunately this seems to have made it
 incompatible with everything else.

 The fix to this APAR is available but will not be part of the ICRA.
 Call IBM support and ask for this fix if you need it.
