xsh or xshell anyone?

I found a program in my news this morning called xsh which from what
I could tell would allow you to set up an easy to use account with
buttons to push via X.  I have in mind to make a simple to use operator's
account.  The only problem is, the version I got was X11R4 and won't
compile under AIX yet.  Has anyone got an old version or someting else
that will do the job?  Or even better, anyone got X11R4 ported to this
box (rs6000) yet?
