xl Fortran free upgrade - last chance

Reminder - users updating from XL Fortran V1 to Version 2 will have
        license charges waived if they order before March 29 and
        request March 29 shipment.  That's Friday, folks!
        After that, the upgrade charges will be:
        $205, $405, $810 for Desktop, Deskside, and Rackmount.
 
Clarification - users who have received their software via the
        Higher Education Software Consortium are eligible for
        this free upgrade. (Ruling from IBM Business Operations
        today.)
