Blank Pages in Tech Notes

The Amiga Unix Tech Notes (V1#2Apr'91) I got in the mail today had four
completely blank pages (2,3,6&7).  Who can I contact on the net to get a
complete copy?  The back page says to mail to tn at amix.commodore.com to
get on the mailing list.  I'm already on the mailing list and would just
like another copy.   Email?  Whom?
I really don't care to phone the East.Coast at Long.Distance.Charges
