Xterm woes solved; proceed with update! :-)

Fixed. As I said, so much for testing before they get out...

The bug involved the fix for the control terminal bug. I fixed the
control terminal problem --- at the cost of wrecking the control
terminal association of the process that started the xterm. That
bug is now fixed. The Xbin.tar.Z and Xupdate1.tar.Z on wuarchive
contain the (final) fixed xterm.
