The problem was on this end, our network is ever evolving and in the process
sometimes things get a little messed up.  Between IGRP, RIP, HELLO, and
the other security issues involved its a wonder routes are as stable as they
are.  Anyway I do beleive we have our routes stablized now and access
should be available.  Please don't hesitate to send me mail concerning
any problems you have with the server.
