Frequently asked questions

Despite the 100% positive response, I have discovered that I don't have to 
time to keep a "Frequently Asked Questions" message up to date. Sorry, but 
that's the way it is.

Would anyone else like to volunteer to do this?  Perhaps Apple could delegate 
someone (Kent?) to do it as part of their official job - they must get the 
questions anyway though support lines etc. We can still boo if we don't like 
the "official answers" :-)

Anyone who volunteers can have copies of all the stuff I received, including 
the offers to do some of the specific answers.
