Info on Interactive UNIX

I've had tremendous luck and support on exactly these issues by calling
the toll-free number listed in ISC's advertisements.  I obtained exact
part numbers for supported tape controllers for example.  I'd say that
the "horse's mouth" is always your best first bet.
