386/ix booting with printer turned off

Has anyone else noticed that 386/ix fails to boot when your
printer (parallel connected) is powered down? The boot works
as far as printing out the copywrite notices, then during
the device init phase, reboots (soft resets) the whole machine.

My config is a Mylex MI 386/20 with a generic parallel/serial
card, ISC 386/ix 2.0.2.

No big deal, but I thought I'd post in case other people freak when
they see this (as I did - aaaaah my disk's hosed :-).
