Tuning information for ISC 386/ix

Fast File System, among other things that:

In fact, you can take a disk from an AT&T system to a 386/ix system and
mount it, then unmount it to clean up the free list into more usable
order!  (Of course, it would make more sense just to run 386/ix.:-)
