SCO Unix driver for Exelan EXOS 205?

Would anyone know where I could get software to run a (actually 2)
Excelan EXOS 205 (not 205T) intelligent ethernet cards under SCO Unix?
All we have is the old Microport software, and Excelan/Novell has been
imposible to talk to.
