VP/ix and Windows 3.0

Not having VP/ix or Windows 3.0 last week I didn't bother to save the latest
VP/ix threads.  I have had no success installing 3.0 under VP/ix.  Any words
of wisdom?  It works, it doesn't work?

What about running VP/ix from an xterm?
