Since this was posted to c.u.i386, I thought I'd ask the obvious
question: 

Is there a version of BSD dump and restore which will work with 
System V/386, particularly the ISC version?

If so, how does one get it? Are there diffs available relative to
4.2/3BSD dump and restore?
