Graphix Design Package under ISC 386/ix

Is there a graphics design package that runs either in X or otherwise
that one can purchase for ISC's 386 ix? I am looking for something
that's similiar to Adobe's pagemaker package, that  has a wide range
of filters for importing and exporting images. I need the package to export
sun raster, TIFF,etc ., and import TIFF, x bitmap.  

Any answers, hints, etc. would be apreciated...
