NFS benchmarks (what is out there?)

Hi,

We are currently thinking about servers for labs of PCNFS workstations. 
To this end is their any bench marking code to evaluate the performance 
and/or stability of various NFS server. Any directions as to how to get 
hold of code or executables, the would be gratefully accepted.

I would also be interested in any rating figures that anybody might have.
Of particular interest are any 386 IBM-Clones boxes running whatever flavour 
of UNIX.
