DMA conflict between VGA and WD ethernet on 386/ix

I'm running into a problem when I try to configure the 386/ix kernel for
the western digital (wd) ethernet driver. I have a VGA card which uses 
128k of DMA space beween C0000 to DFFFF. The wd driver is configured to
use D0000 to D1fff by default, which clearly conflicts with the above range.

Does anybody know what would be a save place for the wd DMA range?
