According to dma at pcssc.UUCP (Dave Armbrust):

If you want to propose a SCO applications group, then you'll have to
start at square one: a Call For Discussion.

But for now, the vote for comp.unix.sco is already in progress.
Its proposed charter *does* include SCO Unix, the operating system.
You can't change the meaning of the vote half-way through.
