Pathalias that uses tmpfiles instead of ram.

I have recently received a copy of a Pathalias 8.1 shar.
It uses temporary files instead of ram. It will work
(more or less) on Microport System V/AT. Problem is that
it cannot cope with the new terminal mode built into the
new maps. i.e. <foovax>(DEMAND), regularvax(SLOW). It
gives syntax errors and skips those entries. I would be
willing to mail someone the shar file, if you are willing
to see about modifying it to work with the new maps. I am
not C literate or I would try it myself. ( What the heck,
even if I understood C, I probably would screwup :-) )

BTW: There are no docs with this shar, just the programs
needed for the generation of the paths file. It uses
     a secondary program called printit.

While I am at it. Does anyone have patches to make Rn work
properly under System V/AT 2.2 L. I have Rn patchlevel 39.
I can build it, but it gives a SIGSEGV and restores the
.newsrc file with some frustrating regularity.

Thanks
