Xenix/Altos, Emacs and memory.h

A friend of mine (in Ireland) is trying to bring up GNU-Emacs on
an Altos 286 running Xenix(*). He is missing the file MEMORY.H,
which as far as he can see has definitions for functions/macros
        memcmp
        memset
        memcpy

The GNU people say the file is not one of theirs, but should be
part of the system.

Can anyone send me a copy of the file?
Please reply direct to me as I am not on this list.

Thanks,

Niall

* I'm not sure of the version.  It certainly is NOT Xenix-V;
  I think it is the one based on Edition 7
