Unix Question - what more can we want

I would like to be able to say:

	touch -fdatefile files

The files are touched with the 'dates' of the datefile.  This is
in CB/UNIX (yet another AT&T version of UNIX) and I sure wish it
was in System 5 Release 2.  It can be very useful in makefiles.
