terminfo entry for Tek 4010/14 Terminal

	You realize, I hope, that the 4010-4014 terminals are generally
useless for any task which may require curses (or termcap, for that
matter).  You certainly can't run any conventional screen editor on
a 4014; ged(1G), which is indeed useful, could care less about terminfo.

	Here is your entry:

tek4014|4014|tektronix 4014,
	os, cols#81, lines#38, bel=^G, cr=\r, clear=\E\f$<1000>, 
	cud1=\n, cub1=\b, ff=\f$<1000>, is2=\E^O\E9, 

	Out of curiosity, can you tell us why you want a terminfo entry?
