Sys.Admin.Help?

Just a quick request. Anyone out there heard of a course on/for system
administrators?? I am in the position to be one but feel there is ALOT
that I don't know. The system will be on the Internet and therefore I 
wish to be doubly careful. Any suggestions or recommendations would be 
appreciated.
