sources for program in RFC-915 wanted

I am using Gnews now, and I want to get the uucp-path service
installed on our gateway machine. (telnet on port 117) This program is
documented in RFC-915, but the addresses and phone numbers in the
document are not valid anymore.

I am not looking for some code that is "sorta like" this service.
I am looking for the real sources. Doesn't anyone have them?

I AM willing to trade :-)
