Warning:  This is not a particularly serious response to the question.
	  (Not that i would *mind* if the items on my list were provided...)

If *anything* is possible how about...

	1. Free access, including acceptance of collect calls.

	2. A multi-processor system which monitors its own cpu
	usage and sends out purchase orders for more cpu-boards
	when more processor power would significantly improve
	poor response time?

	3. Similarly for memory, when more memory would
	significantly improve poor response time, the system
	sends out a purchase order for more memory.
	Similarly for other resources.

	4. Multiple systems, so when one is down for maintainence,
	the other would be available for use.

	5. Support of X-windows (or some other network-based
	window system).  (Is that available via phone or
	X.25/WAN connections?)  My image is of client services
	available on the Unix host, and the server (the graphics)
	on the user's desk (perhaps in the form of an X-terminal.)

	6. Availablity of the latest BSD-Unix.

	7. Free connectivity to a wide variety of networks.

	8. Freely accessible, and copyable, source-code for all
	system utilities.  Ditto for the os.  Ditto for all libraries.
