get_myaddress: socket: Too many open files - WHO KNOWS ?

 I have got the error message:

 get_myaddress: socket: Too many open files

 It will help me a lot if you could tell me if it is a message of UNIX, NFS,
or what ? (I use SunView & Unix)

 I get this message even though I closed all my (known) files.
