Help with SCCS/uudecode

  I don't think any SCCS will work very well with these drawings,
because a small change will cause diff to generate a change of almost
every line. An example would be adding one byte, which changes every
line from that point on. There are some programs which are better than
uuencode at producing files which sync faster.

  I don't know why your files come up short, I just tried a small
example and it worked okay.

  I keep files like this in zoo archives, using the "versions" feature.
With compression they are quite compact, and I suspect that the diffs
you get using uuencode are almost as big as the original file. I realize
that it depends on how data is changed in the file...
